Return Policy

All orders should be checked upon receipt, and any discrepancy should be reported within seven days. Failure to follow this procedure may affect your right for a refund or replacement. ONLY when products are deemed "not fit for purpose" or "of unsatisfactory quality" will a refund or replacement be available. Any products being returned should be returned in the condition they arrived to you, with all packaging intact and with the product(s) unused and as new.
